VIFF 2017 Campaign

Working alongside Cause+Affect’s brand strategy for the Vancouver International Film Festival, ZAK was hired to develop and roll out the 2017 marketing campaign. Emphasizing the brand’s core message of ‘expand the frame’, we developed a visual system that staged film stills expanding out of the frame that is the V in the VIFF logo. The system helped to not only reinforce the brand message, but act as an iconic and bold visual landmark around the city proclaiming that VIFF had arrived.
