SPBFrontend is a Saint-Petersburg local frontend community. Guys organize meetups and breakfasts where they talk about JS, React and all their web dev stuff. They also have a good podcast called Drinkcast. And sometimes they make their famous drink-ups: beer and not-only-frontend talks in a cozy bar.
