introvert
a person predominantly concerned with their own thoughts and feelings rather than with external things.

overthinking
to think too much about (something) : to put too much time into thinking about or analyzing (something) in a way that is more harmful than helpful. overthink a situation/problem.
      over thinker
One who looks too deeply into any situation, and often over analyzes everything.
The world keeps turning as I keep losing myself... deeper... seclusion... I can feel the cuts deep but I can't show them, deafening screams fill my head,              thoughts keep flooding in , my feels sink, heart heavy, palms sweaty.
Zoning out wondering if this is really life , or is it a dream that I will wake up from. I'm loosing sense of reality. I just stare at the blank wall....
Blank wall...can my head ever be blank at all.. if only my mind could be blank even for a day.
My head is a stampede of thoughts, running, no aim, no particular direction..utter chaos

Intimacy: Overthinking causes of a lot of problems. It attracts fear; fear of failure, rejection,  self-doubt; you start doubting yourself,  anxiety; start getting anxious about everything,  procrastination; you start procrastinating because you doubt everything,  insecurities; you get insecure,  depression; you feel like nothing is working , you feel stuck.
Isolation: This is both a physical and mental result of  'intimacy'. There's that feeling of being alone in your head even if you're around people. Your thoughts eating at you.
Drowning: feeling of being overwhelmed (with intimacy and isolation). Your thoughts heavy with negativity, doubt and a lot of hopelessness. weight of the world on you.
Disclaimer: This does not in any way represent or state that depression all that is stated happen as depicted. This is just a visual representation of experience and through told stories .

I personally chose to use extremes to visualize this so as to also try to communicate even to people who do not understand how depression, anxiety and all feel or how they make people feel
