Add the third ship, shrink and rotate, add flames using Render>flame. reduce the opacity of them both.

Add laser blast, copy space craft, shrink and darken, copy laser blast and reduce.

Move saucer, create space background with black and use spatter brushes. Add lens flare using render filter.
