I completed this project for a Digital Photography class at the University of St. Francis. Our assignment was to photograph and design an advertisement of our choice. I asked a friend to model, and I took various headshots. Ultimately, I decided upon the below image for her eye contact and slight smile. She appears independent and playful. While researching previous Covergirl ads, I noticed many are not in black and white so I decided to try something different. I feel the black and white makes her eyes pop even more than the color version.
