My focus is on the human gesture and how it becomes more of a

characteristic rather than a customary action. These physical actions describe people’s behaviors in a way that can’t be portrayed in any other manner. By focusing in on one’s hand gestures, facial expressions, and body language, I am able to notice specific tendencies that a person has and learn more about them through this process. I am able to see things that the person I am taking images of might not even notice themselves, and the lens allows me to capture that moment of delicacy.
