Dehumanization.
Your leaders are swines.
Put yourself back together.
The fluorescent paint is basically transparent during daylight, but since it has a different consistency compared to the other materials used, it has a slight reflection if you look at it from an angle.
Note: The Images have not been altered in any way. These are photographs taken in different lighting conditions, using slightly different shutter speeds for each shot, depending on the amount of light, of course.
