A-Sense
A-Sense is small, portable blood alcohol concentration (BAC) monitor that uses transdermal alcohol sensors to achieve reliable BAC monitoring in a non-obtrusive and discreet manner. It is designed to help college students to better self-regulate their drinking habits.
A-Sense uses a transdermal alcohol sensor to obtain continuous alcohol level readings and can display the information to the user with the LED grid with a double tap from the user. The small monitor also provides haptic feedback with a haptic motor so the user can get feedback without looking at the device.
If you are going out with friends, the device connects to your smartphone with Bluetooth, allowing it to send notifications to your or selected friends. By coming in a small and light package, A-Sense can clip on to various locations, from wristbands to clothing, allowing you to hide it away if you desire.
