Project Description:
It’s a High-Rise Mixed-use building located in Jeddah Cornish which combine the commercial and the residential functions.The project composed of two towers based on the podium. Where, the higher tower represent the residential building and the shorter one represent the offices building.
There are five entrances to the building: two entrances for public, one for offices, one for residents and one for the staff. As well as, there are outdoor parking and underground
parking with tow floors accessed by tow different entrances.

Design Concept:
The design of the project inspired from the sea components,where the form of the two towers represent the Sea waves and the plan form represent the spiral shell of the sea.
The project has a sustainable design building by using of large green areas and depending on natural sun lighting.
