“Francis Mallmann on growing up” is based on a quote from the well known Argentinian chef where he talks about friendship, coming of age and the value of being true to your own feelings and to the people closest to you.
His message is a little controversial perhaps, but it reveals a man that has a clear understanding of his own history and is very true to his feelings... even if it hurts.
