Rangkul Kebaikan—AQUA

As a manifestation of its vision and commitments to the responsible management of its operation, AQUA developed the initiative roots back to the idea from Danone’s founder himself, Antoine Ridboud, about Dual Commitment—prioritizing the balance between business and social success.

Through #RangkulKebaikan (read: #EmbracingTheKindness) campaign, AQUA partnered with numerous designers and agencies to create 50,000 collectible bottles adorned with patterns that represent Indonesia. The revenue of those bottles will be donated to increase the education access of Indonesian children in remote areas.

It’s easy to look back and notice similarities among the diversities; ethnic wisdom becomes driving force in its authentic pattern. The force that embodies hope and wishes for lives well lived.

We aim to capture this “embracing kindness” by creating a series of patterns that represent hope and wishes from different Indonesia culture—Java, Sumatera, Bali, and Kalimantan. Combining the patterns with every geometric, organic, and humanist object into a colorful and contemporary look.
