The Employee Giving Campaign for employees of Great-West Financial, is a once a year employee reach out program that allows employees to donate a small portion of every paycheck to a charity of their choice. Plus! Great-West matches the employees donation. The year previous, almost 480k was donated, this year, make it to 500k.

Using the concept of a "race to 500k", we noticed that not everyone resinates with a racing concept.  So, we switched to shoes... the result? A step driven campaign that includes (*almost) everyone!
