"Волшебные вещи" - это книга одностраничных комиксов. Содержит 22 одностраничных комикса и 22 иллюстрации.

"Magic Things" is a single-page comic book. Contains 22 one-paged comics and 22 illustrations.

"Самые важные вещи на свете - это не вещи". Идеей книги было показать, что за обычными вещицами с полки скрываются воспоминания, фантазии, ассоциации. Что в руках у определенного человека простая вещь может превратиться в магический артефакт.
"The most important things in the world are not things." The idea of the book was to show that behind the usual things from the shelf are hidden memories, fantasies, associations. And in the hands of a certain person a simple thing can turn into a magical artifact.

Одностраничные комиксы из первой части книги (выше) - это восемь магических ассоциаций на простые вещи: бусы, ключи, стеклянные шарики. Эта часть выполнена на бумаге формата А3 линерами и доработана в Adobe Photoshop.

One-paged comis from the first part of the book (above) are the eight magical associations for simple things, such as beads, keys, glass balls. This part is made on A3 paper by liners and finalized in Adobe Photoshop.

Вторая часть книги - это фантазии, не привязанные к нашему миру. Эта часть выполнена на бумаге формата А3 тушью. Красный цвет и фактуры добавлены в Adobe Photoshop.
The second part of the book is a fantasy not tied to our world. This part is made on A3 paper in ink.

Red colors and texture are added in Adobe Photoshop.

Третья часть книги - это настоящие воспоминания автора комикса и вещи, с которыми они связаны. Эта часть выполнена в смешанной технике: акварелью, гуашью, акрилом и тушью.
The third part of the book is the real memories of the author of the comics and the things with which they are connected. This part is made in mixed technique: watercolor, gouache, acrylic and ink.

Иллюстрации к комиксам были также выполнены акрилом, акварелью и тушью. Размер оригиналов иллюстраций меньше, чем у комиксов - А4.

The illustrations for comics were also made with acrylic, watercolor and ink. The size of the originals of the illustrations is less than that of the comic pages - A4.

Обложка была выполнена в несколько слоев: отдельно надписи и иллюстрации с руками, отдельно - пятна "воды" и отдельно - акварельные фактуры.
The cover was made in several layers: inscriptions and illustrations with hands, stains of "water" and watercolor textures.
