Khaitan and Khaitan (K&K) is a full-service law firm with six partners and over twenty-five associates, spread across various practice areas. Founded in the year 1997, K&K is a well-established law firm that is engaged in diversified practice areas including dispute resolution, corporate and commercial advisory, project finance and infrastructure, banking and finance and real estate amongst other specialist practice areas. K&K has its principal office in New Delhi and has a pan India presence through a network of associated law offices in all the major cities of the country.  

In 2016, Khaitan and Khaitan updated their corporate identity to represent their evolved brand personality and positioning while being rooted in the legacy and prestige that the firm has earned through years of practice.  

As a part of brand identity design, we crafted a logotype with custom lettered sans-serif 'Khaitan' exuberating permanence contrasting with an elegant golden ampersand that adds austerity. The robust usage of blue creates a feeling of experience, intellect, and trust. A condensed monogram has been crafted to be used understatedly. The brand pattern has been created using interlinked hexagons to subliminally communicate strength, balance, and perfection.
