Susana Gorjão is a famous Portuguese jeweller, who has been developing her work in the Author's Jewellery field for the past 20 years, treating each jewel piece as art and not a simple object of adornment.
Gold, White Gold and Silver are her favourite raw materials to work with, with which she builds narratives through semiotics, transporting them to their own aesthetic. Jewellery is much more than just a fashion accessory, it is rather a manifestation of its user's art and identity.

THE PROJECT BRIEF
With art running in the family for several generations, Gorjão grew up with multiple influences, one of which was the Bauhaus, the famous school of Art & Architecture in the early 20th century Germany – the birthplace of a revolution in modern design. The premise was to portray this same influence and build a new brand consisting of a monogram with the artist’s initials (SG) as well as the relevant trade (J), while giving the logo a pendant look.
