The Unbearable Lightness of Being (France) by Milan Kundera.

The book The Unbearable Lightness of Being is my favourite novel during university.

When I want to try book cover design, this book is definitely my first choice.

The graphic on the cover is a male mask combining with a rabbit. 

I use this two figure to represent the relationship of Thomas (one main male character) and Tereza (one main female character). In the book, Thomas was described as a Don Juan, this famous womanizer character in opera. And his lover Tereza once dreamed Thomas being a rabbit, this soft docile creature, on her knees which intimate her desire for Thomas.
