In May 2016, Thuy Dung won the title of Foreign Trade Foreign Champion with Friendly Beauty Contest at the FTUCharm 2016 contest.
In 8/2016, Thuy Dung was the second runner-up at Miss Vietnam 2016 along with Miss Talent title.
