Bahtı Kara (Dark Clouds, 2009) is a dreamy black comedy from modern day Istanbul places the viewer in the position of an outsider, which puts emphasis primarily on the other side of the Turkish metropolis. Theron Patterson's film debut cleverly balances between humor and tragedy.
