Kaffe 1668 is based in Manhattan. The name refers to the historical moment when the New Yorkers change beer for coffee in breakfast.
At the time they opened their third store in 401 Greenwich Street, in which the Scandinavian and calm environment stands out, the need for a complete identity without intervening the logo arises.
In this project we defined a brand which was imposed by their particular handmade sheep of wood and wool, but the graphic pieces lacked a brand system. Emphasizing in Scandinavian design we developed a modern but organized system which unifies all its communication pieces, empowering the experience and empathy between the customers and the cafe.
