"Funny,
but when you are
somewhere

it could be
anywhere,

and yet the point
is to be

there."

(Lisa Kellner)
During a textile design course, I tried different techniques of changing the surface of fabrics. The project started from the work entitled Love is a Place  created by Lisa Kellner. This connected to an idea I usually go around no matter the kind of work I do, to go with the flow. I also noticed an interesting fact, that the a close-up image of a fragment of the Earth, a piece of marble, can easily be mistaken for a macro photo of the Earth, taken from space. The techniques used were of devoré on velvet, hand painting, lamination and marbleizing.
"You want to go with the flow. The sea refuses no river. The idea is to remain in a state of constant departure while always arriving." (Waking life)
