A three day survival kit for two adults for post earthquake disaster relief. The kit provides contents of emergency high-calorie food bars, rationed water pouches, a rst aid kit, emergency blankets, light source, information card, and emergency contact card.
In the unexpected and unfortunate event of an earthquake hitting California, speci cally Santa Ana, thousands of Southern California residents would be left without food, water, and shelter. Since California is located on major fault lines, earthquakes are more than a rare occurrence. Although native Californians have been warned about the instability of the San Andreas Fault, are we prepared for a major earthquake? It is important to do our part in preparing for such a catastrophic event, and this project provides an instructional and useful packaging solution for post disaster relief.
