The Black Obelisk uses dark comedy to paint a portrait of Germany in the early 1920s, a period marked by hyperinflation and rising nationalism. Ludwig, the protagonist, works at the office of a small tombstone company.
All three books was bound and sewn by hand. Project made at prof. Maciej Buszewicz's Book and Digital Publishing Design Studio at Graphic Art Department, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2017).
