Young company, established as a type-B social co-operative, whose main objective is to offer work placements to socially disadvantaged people. Labour is the method to help expressing one’s own potential and developing one’s identity. Working facilitates social and interpersonal relations; it stimulates professionalism, helps people develop their sense of responsibility and self-esteem, and it confronts them with their potential and abilities. Together, professionals and disadvantaged people come together in their work activities, organized with the aim to promote integration both within the workplace and in the community.
