The client needed to update the look of their website and create an online platform for existing and potential tenants to download forms and browse their catalogue of available apartments and condominium units. In collaboration with the client, we designed a modern website that looks beautiful and has functionality that transformed the site into a valuable resource for their current tenants and future clients.
The new website boasts a clean and easy to navigate design, with a robust property search feature that is intuitive to use and provided the customers additional insight into each managed property. A unique page is generated for every available property that showcased all available units, cost to rent or purchase, photos, a map of the location, list of features and amenities, contact information, and the ability to book a showing date of the property.
The redesign helped potential tenants explore what Akman Management has to offer by turning the property search experience a delight and by making the relevant information about their properties available online, anytime.
