Creative brief was to propose many logo options for an initiative by the Singapore Government to get the public to take up courses to upgrade their skills. It had to showcase the three stakeholders - Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Education and the public striving forward to achieve a greater goal. Logo had to be able to incorporate the four major languages in Singapore - English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil.
