The idea of creating a place for chicken burgers only always obsessed our minds, so we decided to start Chicken Fil-A to be the first restaurant in Egypt to specialize in chicken sandwiches.
We first started as a delivery kitchen located in El Mohandseen and it was a little bit a challenge to let food addicts know about us. So, we came up with this crazy concept of linking the restaurant with fun "Alsh" to express the huge mass of our sandwiches and to grab the needed attention from food addicts, and we started with the names. We expressed that in names like "The Fil, Godzilla, The Katkot, Big Bang, T-Rex, Super Nova..." and a whole bunch of other names that we even give them nationalities.
"Why would we let our customers leave without having desserts?" We asked ourselves. So, we started creating some new crazy innovations, and we just nailed it. If you haven't tried our Red Velvet Oreo, Fried Chocolate Brownies, Noga Melt, or the Red Velvet Fried Chocolate Cake, then you're probably missing a lot.
Then Chicken Fil-A started to expand and opened a newer branch located also in El Mohandseen. It was bigger, with a dine-in service and Different, Enhanced and Hilarious were our references in creating it. And there it was!
Now Chicken Fil-A has even a newer branch at New Cairo, but the story won't stop here and it shall continue. Stay tuned.
