This Art Center is supposed to be on the territory of the city park of the stadium Donbass Arena. 
The location of project is selected to create a multifunctional (sports, exhibitions, art school, lectoriums and movie theater) cultural center between stadium and museum of World War II .

It's shape is overlapsing with the stadium's shape, whereby it creates architectural ensemble.
