Restoring a heritage building with a focus on integrating new with old. Transforming using a theme of exposed metal frameworks, thereby allowing aspects of the building's history to be seen through the newer, added elements. The building had originaly been constructed in two parts, the latter section lacking consistency with the first part. The use of vertical metal sections helped tie the two sections together and crete a more unified appearance.
