Churn is the term used for when a customer leaves the service. Churn Busters is an internal campaign created for DIRECTV call centers to identify and address all the various causes of churn. By working closely with our illustrator to create these superhero characters and with our vendor partners in applying them across a wide variety of tactics, we were able to educate and excite call center employees while reducing customer turnover.
