Project Brief
An annual CSR Report designed to showcase company's commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen. The report was designed in mind with the sustainability and responsibility aspect for the organization. A Forestry Stewardship Council certified 100% recycled paper and 4C digital printing process was selected for production.
A high volume of volunteers efforts have been done in a year but it turned out that all the CSR efforts has not been organized or documented in an organized fashion which made it difficult to gather and combine them. As a result, content, research and data needed to be validated from every resource points and also justified the approach of what was quantitative vs qualitative. Another challenge that was faced was to ensure all the project offices has been reflected well throughout the book and not just the corporate office headquarters location. The report was originally designed both in digital and print in mind.
The Process
The report was accomplished in working with several contributors from various departments such as human resources, learning & development, facilities, compliance, offshore team in India, and project offices located in the U.S. Over 80 photos were compiled including photographs of the environmental initiatives that were highlighted in the report. The book was produced both in print and digital format so readers can navigate by topic and easily get to table of contents.
The Finished Product
It took nine months to complete the project and we made 50 copies of the CSR Report that was distributed in each offices. The senior management now displays the report on their coffee tables and conference exhibits to proudly present the impact we have made in our community through volunteering efforts.
