 This complex is a musical space on the bank of the river Tmaka, consisting of two buildings (club + concert part and sound recording studio) and a pedestrian bridge connecting two banks of the river, one of which is residential, the second is a public zone (parks, square, etc.) 

 The idea of ​​the project lies in the main purpose of the so-called "music venues" abroad. This is the place where beginners and famous musicians come to show their, and not only, aud that they are playing. An analogue of exhibitions for artists only in the musical plan.

In major countries-music providers such as England, Australia, USA, such events have been held for a long time already, and this is done not only in specially designated places (see, for example, Boiler Room with their huge audience and quality content). For such attention to this trend in art, these countries remain leaders in this regard. In Russia, this progress is extremely rare and without much attention. In this matter, I proposed my decision.
