It started as an experiment. Now here it is. My first all analogue colored Illustration.
Tools I had used for this one were pencil, colored ink and acryl for highlights.
I tried to achieve an illustraion that would come somewhat close to my regular way of coloring. It was a good exercise.
It took some more planning than usual, considering the opacity of the different layers of color that had to be added stepwise, since watercolor needs to either dry or still be wet for further painting.
Here are some detailed views onto the piece. As to be seen, the paintjob is not perfect in every place but I guess I didn't know much better as I stayed away from non-digital coloring for like.. for ever.
