This was my artistic skills test, a project done at the end of my Product Design course.

I wanted to create an outdoor sofa, which way of sitting, leaning or laying would depend on the number of users and the relationships created between them and the object. Inspired by Organiscism, in the way the process of making and the living would re ect on the shape of the sofas, resulting on 3 black cork sofas, 100% environmental friendly. I was very inspired by the work of Verner Panton and Toshiyuki Kita, who also explored di erent shapes of sofas allowing di erent ways of ergonomic usage, using innovative materials and colors for its time. The final pieces were made in a CNC with 5 axis, using Autocad as base.
