For this project, the 'one thing' I chose to research was a ‘Pangram’. I was intrigued by the most popular pangram - ‘The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog’. Before starting this project, I did not know it was a pangram or that pangrams even existed. I found it interesting that the alphabet could be formed into a sentence in the English language and many other languages. Through research, I stumbled upon a pangram that focused and talked about typography.

It read: Typophiles weave dreams of quions, kerning and juggling complex beziers.

I then had the idea to find the word pangram itself in the sentence, thus changing a couple of words but still keeping every letter of the alphabet.

It then read: Typophiles weave dreams of quions, kerning or jamming complex beziers.

I decided to use FS Emeric for my typeface as it was readable from a distance even with my body copy. I chose pink, yellow and white as the colours made the poster pop and mimicked the fun and quirkiness of pangrams. Furthermore, the two variations of the one poster stacked on top of one another creates a zigzag pattern which further creates intrigue for the viewer.
