MINDS project | Brand identity

MINDS is a project set up in 2015 in Poland at Gdansk University of Technology where three students of Medical and Mechanical Engineering decided to approach to product design process in a different way - based on people's need + in collaboration with medicine students, patients and NGO's. There came a vision of Design Thinking, Design Doing and workshops.
The leading part of the logo is the graphic sign - the shape of the head with three pulse-shaped circles that symbolize the active mind. The illustration of the head also symbolizes the human being - thus highlighting one of the most important MINDS visions. 
Colors: purple - is the color of creativity and search for new solutions, blue - symbolizes intellect, openness as well as medicine, while navy blue - knowledge and science. The combination of these three colors, together with the graphical symbol, creates a coherent message, interdisciplinary, of three environments: medical, technical and creative.
