Note
Note is a fictional assignment which I worked on next to my fulltime internship at the designagency Pearlfisher, Copenhagen. I worked on the assignment for 2 months, and focused on concept development, branding, packaging design, web and advertisement.
Concept: The concept of Note is based on the insight, that men and women who do not drink, do not have an equal alternative to an alcoholic cocktail. Many of the alcoholfree alternatives on the marked are filled with sugar and not very delicate. I therefore developed Note as a non-alcohol spirit, distilled with organic nordic ingredients. Note is a sustainable product and destilles only with ingredients from Denmark or other Nordic countries. Beside the non-alcoholic spirit Note also produces sodas to give you a 100% sustainable and noteworthy cocktail. The sodas are perfect with the non-alcoholic spirits. The Destillery is placed in the center of Copenhagen and is open for tours.
The illustrations on the bottles show the ingredients used for the special nordic taste. The shape of the illustrations are inspired by the delicate way master cooks serve their food and I found all ingredients in the danish nature.
