Dun Hua Road Kompia / Tiong Hua Road Kompia

A classic 40 years old restaurant that serves "Kompia" without an actual name, everyone just call it the Dun Hua Road Kompia as it is located at Tiong Hua Road.
 "Dun" is also pronounced as Tiong(pinyin 中) in language Fuchou.
As time passed things had changed but what will remain are the sweet memories and the taste of the good old Tiong Hua Road Kompia.

 Kompia is bagel-like pastry and also a bread product originates from Fuzhou, the capital city of Fujian Province of China.  People which live in Sibu have been eating them as snack for ages. In originally people eat them without adding sauce, soup, meat. After that, it had been improved into they put meat and soup on the kompia.
