The idea to create this series of T-shirts appeared after a visit to a local collector of antiquities. He showed me a collection of unique coins and artifacts that were found in our region. I have been fond of history and archaeology since childhood. For me, ancient things have a special magnetism. They carry the skill and spirit of the people who created them. That's why I decided to create a series of illustrations for T-shirts. As a source of inspiration, I used these relics. Most of the artifacts were found on the territory of the ancient Greek city-polis OLBIA, which was located on the territory of the present Mykolaiv region, Ukraine.
