Concepted and created the “Cut the Cord!” campaign to reduce calls to our contact center from doctor’s offices by increasing use of our online tools. Result of 12 month campaign was an overall call reduction of 13% and a 21.3% percent reduction in our focus group of the top 25 utilizers.
