Logo Challenge 3. Twitchy Rabbit. Amber here and we're excited you're taking on our logo redesign. Attached below is the current logo for Twitchy Rabbit. The problem is that it's too detailed and doesn't work great as our logo, especially at small sizes, and this is something we want to improve on. Twitchy Rabbit is an email marketing platform similar to MailChimp and Twitchy the Rabbit is our mascot. We'd like him to be redesigned into a more simple, iconic form that we can use across our products. We are willing to accept a solid colour logo or something with multiple colours, as long as it works great a small size around 50x50 pixels for icons.

The Solution. Create a playful, vibrant and simple design that differentiates from the category leader.

Style. I wanted to create an identity that works on multiple backgrounds and that highlights key features to visually communicate the product offering. I wanted to create a sense of symmetry and balance for each of the logo components to give prominence for the elements that are not identical - the ears and the eyes. I've used mirror images of all elements circles to shape the other elements to demonstrate a sense balance.

Symbolism. I've highlighted the eyes to emphasise the 'twitch' of the company name and integrated an envelope as the teeth to illustrate the product offering.

Colour. I've played with a colour palette that is vibrant, bold and differentiated from the market leader. Neon colours that are connected to a day in the life of a rabbit have been chosen (straw, carrot, grass and, of course, our main character, the Jack Rabbit).
