PLAN - Professional Latino Allstate Network

The diversity of their employees is one of Allstate's greatest strengths. The goal of PLAN is to become a trusted advisor for Allstate in advancing Latino talent to drive business results, allowing employees to connect with other colleagues who share like-minded interests and backgrounds. The identity is inspired by the hand-made "papel picado" decorations, we created a symbolic sun-like figure built by a network of interconnected human figures.
