'Corner' is a two colours linocut illustration I hand printed using my baren during a two days live performance at CRACK! Festival in Rome, 2017 edition. I used Schmincke water-based colours, and Fabriano Rosaspina cotton paper as substrate. The final artprint size is 35x50 cm. For each day I changed the lines' block colour, that's why two different limited editions exists (20 hand numbered pieces each, you can contact me if interested). I tried to represent the weight of a part of the self, the big head looking away from the maimed body holding it. The corner of the room, to me, has always been an evocative way to represent space as empty and disturbing, as the weird human figure itself.
