For this project I had to explore the relationship between time, place and representation. The key objective was to interpret and represent my understanding of the imagined, which will occur in or around the place I have already translated.
I was required to Imagine and invent a public event for the location I studied in the previous assignment. Based on my knowledge and experience I had to imagine an event that can transform or elicit the qualities of this location.
The emphasis is on pairing something, ephemeral an event, with something more permanent a location. Why should this event take place in this particular location? What does the location bring to the event and vice versa? The outcome of my work had to culminate in the design and production of promotional campaign intended to advertise the event and its location to an appropriate audience.
