This is a multicolored font. It is Persian/Arabic.
It has got 3 different layers (Red,Green, Blue), So I named it RGB!
You can write as colorful as this in web (FireFox, IE Edge, Safari) and also in iOS text editor.
And now Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 supports the SVG Multicolor fonts. Yay!
All multicolor fonts come in 3 different versions: SVG for Adobe and Mozilla, COLR for Google and SBIX for Apple.
We all hope someday they reach a unique solution for all platforms. W3 has this under consideration.
Don't worry: If for any reason your browser or application does not support the Multicolored fonts, the fallback glyphs (last picture) automatically loads.
