It was 1942 when Giacomo Balla, from the window of his house in the Prati neighborhood (Rome), immortalized the Ercoli shop in his splendid painting "The queue for the lamb". The same shop, which was founded in 1928 in Via Montello in Rome, for over eighty years has been the crossroads of romantic palates, hunters of new flavors, hungry travelers, passionate curious and loyal customers, crossing geographic boundaries and offering a careful selection of products. This very shop today, in addition to handing over and acquiring new professional lymph, doubles its address with the new one of Viale Parioli.

Era il 1942 quando Giacomo Balla, dalla finestra della sua casa nel quartiere Prati, immortalava la bottega Ercoli nel suo splendido quadro “La fila per l’agnello”. Quella stessa bottega che, nata nel 1928 in via Montello a Roma, per oltre ottant’anni, è stata crocevia di romantici palati, cacciatori di nuovi sapori, viandanti affamati, passanti curiosi e clienti affezionati, oltrepassando i confini geografici e proponendo un’attenta selezione di prodotti. E’ proprio questa bottega che oggi, oltre a passare di mano e acquisire nuova linfa professionale, raddoppia il suo indirizzo con il nuovo di viale Parioli.
