PROJECT: To bring together simple, crisp points that can be used to drive communication for all outbound channels for the brand.
CHALLENGES: 1. Because the brand was growing at a very high pace, products were going into the market and getting discontinued rapidly. Also, Chef's Basket had been divided into 2 sub brands due to the difference in the nature of the products (More than 40 SKUs). Communication in this scenario was getting scattered and complex.
2. PR and ad presence had to be increased and a strong yet simple communication strategy was essential to create content and artwork for press releases, interviews, web, social media and other consumer touchpoints.
ROLE: Carving a communication strategy and bringing out points that can be easily used by anyone in the team, from founders to in-store promoters.
