My Girls is a project that explores the perspectives of the three most influential women in my life; my nan, mum and girlfriend. The book consists of personal interviews and film photography that allows the audience an insight into the experiences and views of three separate generations and their opinions of women’s rights and gender equality. The book adapts personal issues and applies them to a wide audience in hope that they will understand how women were, and still are, affected by gender equality issues.
