The briefing included investigating designers from different continents and then choosing one that would inspire the development of an advertising piece (for example a magazine ad) of a brand with a strong graphic identity. The designer chosen was Ikko Tanaka, Japanese who combined oriental traditions with western influences, mastering the precise and simple use of shape, geometry and colors. Therefore, an illustration with simple shapes, reduced color palette and neutral background was developed.
