African Wax Print Indigenous Art Indonesian Art
The top left collage is a series of patterns from Indonesia culture, middle collage belongs to Indigenous Art, and top right is a mixture of Wax Print patterns from the African culture. Each are collages that demonstrate the difference all three cultures, showcased through masks.
Mask Designs
After conducting a heavy research, in all three cultures (African, Oceania, and The Americans)
the above four are final mask designs.
Above are floor plan developments that help with wayfinding through the museum entrance to the Anthropology Library & Research Centre.
Final outcome.
A goody-bag designed to encouraged the museum visitors to interact with the Anthropology Library & Research Centre. The packs would be found in the entrance of The British Museum displayed beside reception and existing brochures, this is so the audience could grab a goody-bag once entering the museum. There would be six different goody-bags. Each goody-bag contains 4 different masks which are presented above. Below is what would be in the goody-bag.
Design on the left is the mask which requires cutting out following the outline. Second design shows colours that were carefully picked with its with original meanings from the African culture.
The floor plan on the left helps guide its visitors to the library centre. On the image on the right is information of the collections available at the library, Library open days, closing times, and postal address.
