Stress-sit
El punto de partida de este proyecto es la sinceridad de material, a partir de esta idea se analizaron diferentes elementos y referentes que permitieron extraer un concepto: resistencia máxima. Posteriormente, se realizaron distintas exploraciones con materiales, aplicando la idea del concepto, con el fin de encontrar el que mejor representara el concepto. Finalmente, estas exploraciones se aplicaron a una forma para construir una silla de comedor.
El desarrollo y construcción de este diseño de mobiliario “Stress-sit” refleja la sinceridad del material en su máximo punto de tensión antes de una ruptura. Esta construido con materiales reciclados como lo son el cartón y la madera MDF. La residencia maxima se ve reflejada mediante la forma y el manejo de los materiales, que permiten reflejar el estado de estrés y tensión maxima del objeto.

Stress-sit
The starting point of this project is the sincerity of any raw material, through this idea an analysis was created based on research and some referents allowing the creation of the concept: maximum resistance. In order to explain and understand the concept some experiments where made with a variety of materials, through this experiments we identify the best raw material that represent the concept which was apply to create a design furniture, a chair.
The process and construction of the furniture design “ Stress-sit” represente the sincerity of the raw material through its maximum point of tension before its rupture. This chair is made with recycled materials like cardboard and wood. The maximum resistance is shown through the shape and the control of the material which reflect the maximum tension and stress mood on the object.
